Introducing 10 Common Photography Mistakes (and how to fix them)
Well, it’s here! It took about 6 months of planning, organizing and creating but it’s finally here! I created 10 Common Photography Mistakes for one reason: To help beginner and intermediate photographers avoid some of the common pitfalls that myself and many other photographers make when starting out in photography. Some of the mistakes are really pretty simple, while others are much more technical and take some time to fix. There are 10 video courses in total and each one is an in-depth screen cast where I tackle one common mistake and then explain how to fix that mistake in both Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. So head on over to the new page to check it out and read up on much more info. There’s even an intro video and an entire video so you can get a feel for what’s included.
Todays Image – Saint Johns and the Milky Way. Part Deux
I’m really excited to share this image! A few days ago I posted the first shot from an all-night-long trip I took with my buddy Mike to photograph this church under the Milky Way. We spent hours photographing the church from different angles, waiting for the Milky Way to get into the best alignment, popping flashes and flashlights inside during long exposures, etc. This one ended up being my favorite shot from the trip. Thanks to Mike for turning the lights on inside, so to speak :-).
